Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from the customer portal. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds, but no surprises either.
Do annual plans renew?
Yes, automatically. Cancel before the renewal date to stop the next charge. Stripe will email you a reminder before each renewal.
What payment methods?
All major cards via Stripe. Sales tax / VAT handled automatically based on your billing address.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
No formal trial — Free is generous on purpose. If you need more than Free offers, the next price point is $19.
What's a concierge introduction?
You hit Request introduction on any experience. Lee (founder) personally emails the creator within 24 hours (Brand tier) or 48 hours (early access). No scraping, no spam blasts. Both sides opt in to every connection.
What if I exceed 10 intros in a month?
Reach out — at small overage we just absorb it. At sustained overage we'll talk about an Agency tier built for your volume.
